2004年获北京大学经济学博士学位，随后加入财政部科学研究所，就职于外国财政研究室，研究兴趣为宏观经济政策、金融结构及其变迁、国际资本流动与汇率制度选择、经济史、财政分权。

    曾在日本财务省以访问学者身份作过访问研究，在国际组织和国家政府部门作为兼职实习和研究工作，并曾参与过多项国家级课题的研究，撰写并提交工作论文数篇。曾在《经济科学》、《经济学动态》等经济类期刊上发表论文数篇。对转轨中国家的宏观经济政策很有兴趣。欢迎来信来电讨论。

    2003 在日本财务省和日本庆应大学(Keio University)发表论文’The Benefits and Costs of the Main Bank System”（英文）；

    2002 参与国家级课题“银行竞争力”的研究，撰写子报告《部分已工业化国家工业化进程中的金融体系》；
    2002 撰写国务院发展研究中心课题报告《银行体系在发展中国家的特殊地位》；
    2002 参与985项目国家级课题《网络信息与中国证券市场监管》的研究；
    2001-2002 参与《中国金融案例库》国外部分的编写；
    2001-2002 参与国家级课题“为发展中国家融资”的研究（此课题为我国政府参与由联合国发起、墨西哥政府承办的“为发展筹资国际会议”提供参考而准备），撰写了3万字的课题子报告《金融发展理论的发展脉络：一个概括》，获得好评；
    2001 参与国家级课题“存款保险制度”国外部分的研究，撰写子报告“韩国存款保险制度研究”、“日本存款保险制度研究”、“墨西哥存款保险制度研究；”
    2001 为泰康人寿保险公司撰写研究报告《中国金融市场发展趋势研究》；
    2001 发表论文《论金融结构的变迁与金融体系效率的提高》，载中文社科核心期刊《经济科学》第2期；
    2000 发表论文《试析金融结构的变迁与企业制度的创新》，载中文社科核心期刊《外国经济与管理》第12期；
    1999 发表论文《是银保业还是保险衍生物》，载保险类第一报纸《中国保险报》11月5日；
