研究重点：
Ø 长期跟踪研究国库单一账户制度管理与改革，独立撰写与发表国库问题系列论文25篇，有多篇论文在国内产生了一定的影响。
Ø 2006年6月，在北京大学主办的“公共财政管理与中国和谐发展”国际研讨会上宣读论文《国库现金管理的国际比较与中国选择》，从理论基础、国际比较、中国现状、政策建议等角度对我国国库现金管理与改革做了详细分析，并被收录于林双林、刘怡主编的《中国公共财政改革：挑战与对策》一书。
Ø 2008年11月，在中国财政部国库司举办的国库现金管理国际研讨会上做了《当前我国国库现金管理的政策功效与实现》的主旨演讲。
研究成果：
Ø 2003-2010年，在《经济日报》、《经济参考报》、《中国财经报》、《财政研究》、《税务研究》、《中国财政》、《中国金融》等报刊上发表论文100余篇。
Ø 专著三部：《绩效预算信息论》（经济科学出版社2008年版），《统筹管理与财政信息化》（经济科学出版社2007年版），《合理避税实务操作与案例解析》（中国华侨出版社2006年版）。

课题研究：
Ø 主持、主笔或执笔全国人大、国务院发展研究中心、财政部、中国人民银行、国家发改委、国家开发银行、北京市财政局、河北省国土资源厅、中国长城资产管理公司等委托的各类重点课题50余项。
Ø 有不少理论主张被经济日报、经济参考报、人民网、新浪网等予以宣传报道，有数篇论文由社会科学院文献中心收录，或由人民大学复印资料等杂志转载。

Ø 《绩效预算信息论：信息视角下的政府绩效预算管理与改革》，于2010年荣获许毅财经科学奖励基金会第三届优秀科研成果一等奖。
